What that covers:
Site preparation, foundations, drainage and external works are the highest-risk, most programme-critical part of any build — and the part most contractors push down the supply chain. We keep it in-house and self-perform it with our own teams.
Why it matters: the groundworks stage sets the pace for everything that follows. Controlling it directly means fewer interfaces, tighter sequencing and no waiting on a subcontractor's diary at the moment the programme is most exposed.
Steel and concrete frames, the building envelope, hard and soft landscaping, and the coordinated finishing trades — brought together under one programme so the trades arrive in the right order and the building is handed over complete.

We work directly with the people who own and commission buildings, not through procurement portals or tender frameworks. That keeps the line of communication short and the project honest.
We're straight about fit. We take on work that sits within our region, can get moving without a protracted bidding process, and runs on sensible payment terms. If a project isn't the right shape for us, we'll tell you plainly rather than string it out.
